What a fun day today! What an adventure! We met @ Pinecrest Gardens Park, thanks to Jenny's idea of meeting there. We had a blast. The kids loved it sooo much. We went to the playground and to the petting zoo where we saw science right in front of our own eyes. Who needs school or books when you can explore the real thing right in front of your own eyes, right? It was quite a lesson seeing how those pigs did their thing. Carolina, I know, learned how a pig poops. One thing less to teach her. One pig had hemorroids and Ibis was so thoughtful that she brought 'Preparation H' to cure this pure pig. Since she suffers from the same problem,,, she always makes sure she carries that with her. Ok,,, well, let me see! After petting these animals ...... we sat down and ate lunch,,, or should I say,,,,, we sat down wishing to have lunch. jaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!! I brought some snacks for my girls but wait a minuteeeeeee,,, Ibis and Jenny came so prepared that I was impressed. They made us survive our hunger and fed us. We really thought that this park had concessions and Janel and me took our chances. At least Janel brought 'Lunchables'. I only brought cookies. Ay Dios mio, que horror!! Anyway,,,, then, we went to the 'Splash and Play' area where I need to say: What a fantastic idea this was. Thanks Jenny for making us aware of this park. The kids had a fabulous time while running around and playing in the water. Ibis was our Tour Director teaching us many things about the clean waters and fish, not to mention the trees. Janel was our PE instructor during the 'Splash and Play' session. Jenny was our Psychology instructor today. She showed us how to predict different behaviors in children. Me,, what can I say,,,, I know what u r thinking! Cuidado!! I was a good student listening and learning from my teachers. But still got no sticker. Jillie and Daniella skipped school today and they learned great lessons. This is definitely an awesome park. You play, sweat, and get wet to refresh yourself. There were too many pictures to put in this blog so I uploaded them all to my Kodak Gallery and I have enclosed the link here for your convenience. Enjoy the pics! BTW, in case you ask, Daniella took a picture of all the feet! jaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!
P.S.: TO ACCESS THE LINK, CLICK ON THE ACTUAL PIC OF THE LRD ON THE TOP. ONCE YOU CLICK ON THAT, IT WILL TAKE YOU TO THE KODAK GALLERY WEBSITE. CLICK ON SLIDESHOW. YOU DO NOT NEED TO LOG IN OR ANYTHING. ENJOY!

Daniella, I cannot believe what fantastic pictures you took. You are a natural born photographer!! I loooved all the pictures. Maria, I like the way your Kodak Gallery works....is it a lot of trouble to upload the photos or does it go straight from your camera?? Let me know. Thank you, Maria and Daniella for your hard work and wonderful photos.
Maria, I forgot to say that your comments were hilarious, but it was kind of rude to talk about Ibis secret weapon....Preparation H. She takes it every where she goes, it does have amazing shrinking abilities...that's what I hear, anyway.
